Patrick J. Modugno - Board Member Patrick Modugno is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Pat joined the Foundation in 1987, following a 15 year career in commercial banking, where he held various management and senior management positions. His duties at the Foundation include oversight of administrative, financial and grant management activities. Pat is involved in a number of civic and charitable organizations including serving on the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission, on the governing committee of the Conrad N. Hilton Fund for Sisters, as a member of the board of directors of the Best Foundation for a Drug Free Tomorrow, President of the California Pacific United Methodist Foundation and member of the investment committee of Special Olympics of Los Angeles. Pat previously served as mayor and member of the city council in the City of San Fernando, chairman and member of the planning commission in the City of Santa Clarita and member of the board of directors of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Pat holds a BA degree in Economics from Stanford University, a MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and attended law school at California Western University in San Diego. |
