Fusion Power Corporation - a rare investment opportunity

Good investment strategy calls for capital preservation, insuring parts of your portfolio, protecting against inflation, and investment in some growth assets – the goal being to assure that your investment income will last for your lifetime and leave a substantial residual to your heirs that they can use to provide the seed wealth for their own portfolio.

At first glance a start-up company seems to have no place in such a portfolio.  But, we believe that an investment in the Fusion Power Corporation should have a place in your investment strategy.  Why?  Because a new source of base-load energy is a critical component of today's society and our world's future.

Energy is used to provide the basic needs of society – water, food, and shelter – and it is a crucial element of our transportation system.  Energy is generally taken for granted for it has always been there in the quantity that society has demanded.  But few realize that all of our transportation energy and 85 percent of our stationary energy needs for light, cooking, heating, air conditioning, and entertainment comes from fossil fuels that are rapidly being consumed.  Over half of the exploitable fossil fuel resources of the earth have been consumed in the last century and the readily available portion of the other half will most likely be consumed in the next decade or two.  This means that investment in an energy supplying company that is not based on fossil fuels is likely to be a near and long term investment winner.

But what are these companies?  They are not wind and solar companies for these produce ephemeral supplies of energy and we need sources of energy that can always be present when demand is present.  Nuclear power in the form of fission energy seemed to be the answer until the disasters of Threemile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima occurred.  Add to this the investment disaster of San Onofre and one realizes the societal need of a clean and safe form of base-load energy.  Society can ill afford more  fission disasters.  Moreover, fission produces untold amounts of waste that must be stored for 10's of thousands of years – forever from the perspective of the duration of human history.  The cost of this storage is enormous and is not adequately covered in the current rates for fission nuclear power.

Fusion power has long promised to be the savior of our energy future. It is generally accepted as being a clean, safe and inexpensive base-load energy supply.  But it has not delivered on this promise in the last 50 years.  The Fusion Power Corporation intends to change that position.  We have completed the preliminary design of a fusion power production system that could have been built using the technology available 30 years ago when it was first endorsed by 100's of scientists, including many renowned Nobel laureates.  We intend to have the first fusion power plant on-line in about a decade.

Fusion Power Corporation is a design and license company and due to our unique and proprietary technology, we intend to be a 10 percent owner of any facility that is built and operated by others using our technology.  The uniqueness of our technology and the fractional ownership of all plants to be built using that technology assures our stockholders that their investment in Fusion Power Corporation during its early stages of development will return handsome rewards.  Our current economic models suggest that returns as high as 100 percent per year at current stock prices could be achieved after the completion of the first plant.  As more plants come on line, this return is most likely to increase dramatically.  We are California 'C' corporation.  Our shares are restricted and not publicly traded, and perhaps never will be publicly traded, due to their dividend return, but our shares are available to qualified investors seeking an investment with high growth potential, simultaneously with the potential for an exorbitant dividend income stream in the future.

We believe any prudent investor should consider placing a portion of their investment funds in this exceptional and very rare opportunity – the kind of opportunity that shows up only once in a lifetime.
